Do you need a touchscreen on Windows 10 laptops?

Greetings to ladies and gentlemen. Today, I am going to talk something controversial to Windows 10, in which it affects my life. As you know that Windows 10 is the latest Windows since summer of 2015, in which you can free upgrade in one year

between July 2015 to July 2016, there is a question, do you need a touchscreen? Well, after my experience on Windows, compared to Windows 8, there is few touchscreen for current laptop from 2014, when Windows 8.1 is available in mass production. For me, as a Windows 10 fans, I believe that no touchscreen is needed for Windows 10, even though in Windows 8.1, unless I am using tablet laptop like Dell XPS. During 2014, 1 year before GST was implemented in Malaysia, I noticed there is no any touchscreen for basic 1TB laptop, ranging from Core-i3 to i5. Personally, I don't think that touchscreen is needed for a strong ultrabook laptop compared to Windows 8 era,  because of the most prestigious laptop in the world, Asus Zenbook 3 Deluxe.

The most powerful Macbook competitor runs 1TB PCIEx4 Generation 3 SSD with 7th Generation of Intel Core I7, along with 16GB RAM. 

The most powerful ultrabook in the world doesn't need either Blu ray or touch screen just as MacBook with Retina Display, even though this laptop is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The most powerful ultrabook that costs RM8000-8300 that the touchscreen is not necessarily compared to older Asus Taichi, makes me believe that a great Windows 10 laptop doesn't need a touch screen compared to Windows 8.

For me,  a good laptop is a laptop that has at least 4GB RAM with 1TB hard drive, well plus Full HD for better view,  and it's better with fingerprint as protection. Touch screen or not is secondary compared to Windows 8, that I generated this idea since Windows 8.1.

During 2015, I saw a series of Acer Aspire E branded laptop that sports 1TB doesn't have a touchscreen while these laptops were spelled at cheaper price compared to before,  while some of them runs Full HD.  And that made me believe that touchscreen is actually unnecessary anymore compared to Windows 10 because Microsoft believes that Windows 10 can have same style as Windows 7 that you can enter the desktop automatically compares to Windows 8.

If you are professional gamers whom belongs to Acer,  Asus and MSI, you never need a touchscreen for a gaming laptop that the generous 1TB and above,  well plus gaming hardware for laptop is already enough.  

The No. 1 in Gaming,  MSi doesn't have any laptops that features touch screen,  just as non gaming MSI that MSI believes that touchscreen is unnecessary for gaming laptops while these No.  1 Gaming laptops for ESports people prefers higher performance with large HDD and SSD capacity well plus large RAM to better gaming that same goes as Republic of Gamers since 2006. Although MSI, Predator by Acer,  as well as Alienware by Dell Technologies and also Asus republic of Gamers doesn't have touchscreen,  they are still powerful in ESports universe for all,  as real gamers doesn't need touch screen for laptops that is unnecessary. 

Even though that,  if you think that I don't need touchscreen total and complete for my next Windows 10 books, it's a dead wrong because if I wishes a touchscreen, HP brand may fit me but some touchscreen laptops are costing bomb because some of them are special. 

The HP Star Wars Edition Notebook,  that has 1 TB Full HD touchscreen,  Costs RM 4000, slightly cheaper than normal HP OMEN but more expensive than traditional HP Notebook. 

1. This is Star Wars Special Edition Gaming Notebook 

2. This is a Gaming Notebook with 8-12 GB RAM that is enough for gaming 

3. The laptop is in limited production and the laptop is for hardcore Star Wars regardless of race,  language and religion. 

The only touchscreen Windows 10 laptop that I prefer is this since I am a Star Wars fans when I was a boy but now I am a hard core fan,  whom I believe in Force and Side of the Force,  that I believe that as Man Who Fears Birthday Song, when he is financially ready to purchase this by winning a lottery,  he can feel the sense of dark side of the force that believes "Fear is a path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads suffering". This laptop that I can only purchase by winning in lotteries can help to heal man who fears birthday song mind who is hardcore Star Wars fan. 

From the article like this,  I believe that a basic laptop for me requires 1TB of storage with good processors, well plus Full HD is a real need for me that is better with fingerprint,  while Blue ray and touchscreen is secondary because less Windows 10 laptops run touchscreen and blue ray is common compared to Windows Vista and Windows 7 era that you can watch HD movies and television downloaded from computers.
