Why Sokovia Accords effectiveness is askew?

Today, I am going to talk about the reason that efficiency of Sokovia Accords is quite askew.

You may already know that Sokovia Accords are a set legal document about superhuman registration act, ratified by 117 countries of the United Nations. Various high ranking politicians, including President Matthew Ellis, Thaddeus Ross, T'Chaka and others have supported the treaty, and the treaty was supported by Iron Man, a genius, billionaire, playboy, and philanthropist, whom he wished no more harm as an original Avengers member.

On the contrary, Steve Rogers, knows as Captain America, strongly opposes the Sokovia Accords, that he believes that the accords not only possess questionable effectiveness, but also have a questioning trustfulness to the United Nations, after he fought with HYDRA twice, in World War II and Project Insight cases.

So, as Captain predicted, there are various disastrous troubles around the Accords, when the Accords were activated.

When the Sokovia Accords were ready to be signed in Vienna, Austria, King T'Chaka of Wakanda, son of Azzuri, the descendant of Bashenga, was brutally murdered in the bombings of the United Nations, along with high ranking politicians. The murder was committed by Helmut Zemo, a high ranking Sokovian former soldier, whom he wished to disassemble the Avengers by manipulating them with the Accords, by creating a Civil War among Opponents faction of Sokovia Accords and Supporters faction of Sokovia Accords, lead by Captain America and Iron Man separately. Afterwards, Zemo went to Siberia and destroyed Winter Soldiers, a HYDRA superhuman assassin team, bu killing Winter Soldiers members while they were sleeping, before releasing a tape of murder of Howard and Maria Stark by HYDRA, executed by Bucky, an ex-HYDRA agent when he was brainwashed by Vasily Kaprov, a Russian HYDRA commander. This led Iron Man fought with Bucky and Captain America, beofre Iron Man was defeated badly and Captain America dropped his trademark shield. Zemo's plan came into fruition and he was imprisoned for the rest of his days by Everett Ross and T'Challa for Vienna bombing case.

Shortly after the kicking off of Sokovia Accords and the disassemble of Avengers, HYDRA grew secretly under the leadership of General Hale, a corrupt United States Air Force Brigadier General., whom she worked with Fischer as her subordinate, being a HYDRA sleeper agent.

Before the Lagos incident that kicked off the Sokovia Accords, Fischer destroyed some of the file when S.H.I.E.L.D. captured Gideon Malick and the latter confessed everything about HYDRA and mentioned a Chitauri transmitter that Fischer had found, after the Battle of New York, commanded by Steve Rogers that caused the death of all Chitauri and Leviathans, along with Sunjina Nadeer and 74 civilians, and the imprisonment of Loki, that he commanded Hale to oversee the communication with Confederacy, an alliance of several alien races. When Fischer was discovered as HYDRA agent, he committed suicide by swallowing a cyanide pill after exclaiming "Hail HYDRA!" to avoid arrest by Glenn Talbot.

Also, under the beneficiary of Eileen Nadeer, a treacherous United States Senator and Sokovia Accords supporter, who was known for Anti-Inhuman Hatemonger, and No.1 Public Inhuman Hater, had colluded with Watchdogs, a radical Inhuman haters Sokovia Accords opponents group, to cause a mass blackout and killed 17 registered Inhumans, with the information given by Nadeer, before they were defeated by S,H.I.E.L.D., and the existence of Watchdogs are disclosed to public. The murderous act of Watchdogs have made the Sokovia Accords already ineffective since the 17 victims of Watchdogs are registered Inhumans, with the help of Nadeer. Unfortunately, around the April 2017, Nadeer was killed by Watchdogs, led by Tucker Shockley, an Inhuman Watchdogs agent that is known for self detonating power that can be regrown again, and he was put into custody after a fight with S.H.I.E.L.D..

Furthermore, the kicking off of the Sokovia Accords does not prevent any people from creating an artificial intelligence. One of then is AIDA, an artificial intelligence, created by Holden Radcliffe, based on his former love interest, Agnes Kitsworth. The creation of AIDA is a symbol of violation of the Sokovia Accords, when AIDA was corrupted by Darkhold, a book that allows the reader to build the things they want the most. AIDA's presence had caused some incidents, incuding the death of creator, Holden Radcliffe, though she later saved Radcliffe's memory, which was a disastrous one, when Radcliffe in the Framework suffered torture, before deleted freely with a toast of alcohol. AIDA, becoming the Ophelia, saved Al Mackenzie from being drowned by Anton Ivanov's oil platform, via teleportation of him and equipment to Zephyr One, before being stunned by Jemma Simmons with ICER and put into a Containment Chamber at the Playground. When AIDA realized Fitz's endless relationship with Simmons, she felt scorned and decided to use Lincoln Campbell's Inhuman power to revenge, before she was killed by Robbie Reyes, a Ghost Rider sent by Phil Coulson ion her way to get the Darkhold.

Sokovia Accords was also total and complete inefficient during the Infinity War, thanks to the invasion of the Greenwich Village commanded by Ebony Maw, a genius-level intellect Black Order agent. Along with Cull Obsidian, they attacked the Greenwich Village and 'caused the Avengers, except the Bruce Banner, who was unable to become Hulk again following Hulk's defect during the attack of the Statesman, an Asgardian refugee ship that was used by Grandmaster, that he was possibly put into custody by Sakaaran Rebellions. Shortly after the missing of Iron Man, Bruce Banner called Steve Rogers to meet at Avengers Office in Upstate New York with War Machine, that War Machine commented that he signed for money during a chat with Thaddeus Ross, that he believed that the Sokovia Accords not only caused the disassemble of Avengers and the turbulence of the world, but also weakening the Avengers. Shortly afterwards, Cap, Falcon, and Black Widow, along with Scarlet Witch and Vision, whom they later went to Wakanda to remove the stone, commanded by Black Panther's super genius scientist younger sister, Shuri, that met turbulence when Corvius Glaive attacked the Wakandan laboratory and attacked both Ayo and Shuri, after killed a King's Guard officer. When Vision was destroyed by Scarlet Witch on his request, Thanos resurrected him with Tine Stone and teared the Mind Stone from Vision, killing him, before 50% of the population disintegrated, along with Nick Fury and Maria Hill, before Nick sent a signal to Carol Danvers.

Before the Wakandan War, Glenn Talbot, an ATCU leader and a hardcore Sokovia Accords supporter, was put into confinement by General Hale into HYDRA preparatory for brainwashing, but it was a failure when Glenn Talbot, now known as Graviton after injecting himself with Gravitonium, broke her control and execute her violently for being a failure to the Confederacy, and a revenge for tormenting him while he was under HYDRA control, right after Ruby's death on the hand of Yo-Yo Rodriguez, a Colombian Inhuman and S.H.I.E.L.D. agent for costing her both arms during her confrontation with Ruby. Talbot then started his intention to mine more Gravitonium to defeat Thanos, that the act was unacceptable as Sokovia Accords signer, when the act had caused the destruction Earth that caused the Earth was not hospitable for humans due to the destructions. The remnants were living in the Lighthouse that lead of slavery, like Daisy Johnson had described as North Korean-dictator-level of creepy, which literally described as North Korean-style slavery. North Korea is known in general for poor human rights records, nation of horror that is hard to seen by foreigners regardless of Global North and South, an active hardcore nuclear weapon maker, and ranked #1 on Christians being persecuted country by Open Doors, an international Christian charity that helps persecuted Christians across the globe. Glenn Talbot was killed by Daisy Johnson during a fight in Chicago, by sending him into space and froze him to his death, to prevent the destruction of Earth in the future.

Based on the article, I believe that Sokovia Accords are controversial, based on the incidents after the accords. Henceforth, the Accords must be deactivated for good, not only strengthening the Avengers to prevent global terror, but also can prevent the negative effects on Accords to anyone, regardless of supporters and opponents.
